    This is the best book on mindfulness and meditation that I’ve read to date.

  • No Exit by Taylor Adams
    If you’re looking for a book that will pull you in during the first couple of chapters and not let you go until the very end, then read this book. It makes for a great escape. Just turn off the analytical parts of your brain and read it for what it is.
